GroupHEALTH was very informative and helpful when we were first looking for a benefit option that would work for us as a not-for-profit and would be appreciated by the employees. The option we found works perfectly as it provides privacy for our employees by allowing them to submit their own receipts. The submission process is easy and the reimbursement is quite fast and reliable. The staff at GroupHEALTH are prompt in their replies and always find solutions for us. Not only are they polite but they are extremely friendly. The friendly tone even comes through by email (which is not an easy task to do!).
