GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions® deepens leadership bench strength

Surrey, B.C. – Matt Houghton, CEO of GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions®, one of Canada’s largest and most respected third-party benefits administrators, recently announced the appointment of five new Directors to the company’s leadership team. These new senior roles will help lead the company into new markets.

In Surrey, B.C., BJ Broitman joins GroupHEALTH as the Director of Project Management, Jeremy Brown promoted to the Director of Associations, and Benoit Hudon as the Director of Underwriting and Growth Strategies.

Broitman will channel his expertise in IT governance and program/project management into the overall direction, coordination and completion of the GroupHEALTH Family of Companies portfolio of projects. As the new Director of Associations, Brown will be focusing on the growth and stability of GroupHEALTH’s current association programs. Hudon brings his knowledge and expertise in underwriting as well as account management to GroupHEALTH, bringing innovation and curiosity to the underwriting team.

In Ontario, Cameron Court joins the company as the Director of Health & Dental (H&D) Claims and Contact Centers and will be located in Etobicoke. Franca Ferreira takes on the role of the Director of Group Benefits Services at the Barrie office.

Court will be responsible for overall operations and strategy for health and dental claims and Contact Centre operations across the GroupHEALTH Family of Companies. Ferreira will leverage her passion for building strong working relationships with clients and partners as the Director of Group Benefits Services.
